ZoomIn_Communism

The Institute for Democracy, Media and Culture (IDMC) with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) has launched the newest online project "ZoomIn_Communism" dedicated to students and young people, but not only.

The @zoomin_communism Instagram page was created by historians and professionals in the field, as part of IDMC's mission, which has always been to prepare and create youth and innovation projects to reinforce young people's knowledge of the communist past.

Social networks are already part of our daily lives and IDMC appreciates the potential and advantages that social networks bring to the education and development of young people.

Every day of the week, @zoomin_communism will publish new facts and information that shed light on various aspects of Albanian communism in the years 1944–1990. Facts and information will be expressed through archival documents, but also forms that may be more attractive to young people such as videos, photos, literature, fine arts and cartoons.

The materials to be published on @zoomin_communism can be used by various interest groups: history and other subjects teachers, students, historians, journalists, researchers and others interested.

IDMC invites you to follow @zoomin_communism and welcomes all your suggestions!
