"The Fall of a Dictator" presented in Tirana

In the framework of the anniversary of the Spac Revolt, IDMC was on May 21, 2021 with the students of the "Andon Zako Cajupi" high school in Tirana, where the presentation of the IDMC exhibition "The Fall of a Dictator" took place, and parts of the book were read. author Visar Zhiti, where he recounts his suffering in the infamous Spac prison, entitled "Roads of Hell".

The students had prepared essays and interpreted poems that fit the theme.

Through a conversation we had the opportunity to exchange the emotions that each of us experiences every time we hear stories of communist suffering and persecution, as well as reinforced the importance of knowing them, the lessons and the way to the future. As one high school student expressed in her essay, we now know that: we no longer need the star to shine!

The author of the exhibition "The Fall of a Dictator" made a tour of the students in the exhibition posters and elaborated the information in each of them. Mrs. Lala offered other additional information, curiosities and answered the questions of the high school students.
