Statute
The Institute for Democracy, Media & Culture (IDMC) was established on 11 November 2014 as a non-profit organization, without membership, in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 8788, dated 07.05.2001, "On Non-Profit Organizations", and Law No. 8789, dated 07.05.2001, "On the Registration of Non-Profit Organizations".
On 26 November 2014, the District Court of Tirana registered IDMC as a legal entity in the register of non-profit organizations.
IDMC is governed by:
- Board of Directors
- Chairperson of the Board
- Executive Director
The Board of Directors is the highest decision-making body, which directs the whole activity and decides on issues with long-term and short-term goals.
The Board has appointed Ms. Jonila Godole in the capacity of Executive Director.
