"Memory Alive in arts and multimedia" in Korca

IDMC in collaboration with Korca Youth Centre organized screening of "Memory of a Country that Forgot to Forget" documentary. The screening was followed by a discussion with Ylber Merdani, former political prisoner in Spaç prison; Jonila Godole, director of IDMC and Ylljet Aliçka, writer, under moderatotion of Maria Doiçe, lecturer at the University of Korca. During the discussion, Ylber Merdani shared with the young people his family persecution story and his imprisonment in Spac where he experienced the Spac Revolt, on 21–23 May 1973.
