Communism through historical sources

In continuation of past workshops, on 25–26 June 2020 the Institute for Democracy, Media & Culture organized online training with history teachers in Albania.

The main subject of the two-day event "Communism through Historical Sources", co-led by Idrit Idrizi, a historian and lecturer at the Vienna University, and Fatmiroshe Xhemalaj, an expert in school curriculum.

During the training numerous documents from times of communism were taken into account. The 20 teachers of history worked individually and in groups on the source materials.
